Likes:
- Multi-purpose room (MPR): TV room/Den/Guest rm/ Masters br
- counter in the kitchen
- storage in the garage for tools, etc.
- walk-in closet in the Master bedroom
- tub in the 2nd floor bathroom
- just a hallway to the bedrooms. No family room required
- 2 bedrooms + 1 masters bedroom
- bedrooms are at the corners
Dislikes:
- Maids room is connected to the main house and no separate CR
- 1 car garage
- 2 CR in the 2nd floor (could be only one)
